Is there a minimum quantity that needs to be ordered for Silk Screen youth tshirts? Yes, the minimum order for silk screen is 24 pieces in a single print size (or a single screen). The print size is how big it will show on the shirt, so if the graphic is 11" wide it will be 11" wide on all adult size shirts from Small to your largest apparel size. But 11" would be too big for a youth size shirt and so youth shirts would require an additional minimum order. The good new is that they do not all have to be tshirts or even the same color garment, you can mix and match as long as they all have the same design in the same print size.
How is the Full Color Silk Screen option printed? Full color silk screen is digitally printed using a white silk screen base with a digital print on top. This allows for a more economical option for full color while still offering a silk screen feel.
How many colors can I use when silk screening? There is a three color maximum for silk screen printing. If you are lookging to use more colors than 3, please select the Full Color Silk Screen option.
Is there an additional setup charge? There is not a screen setup charge for silk screen. There are additional fees for specialty inks and custom match pantone colors. Click here to learn more about silk screen pricing.
What is the best fabric for youth and tddler tees?
Our most popular youth tees are generally blended fabrics due to their softness and breathability. However, polyester and cotton are also commonly used for their moisture-wicking properties and durability. The fabric choice depends on the shirt's purpose and the level of comfort and durability you need.
How long does it take to receive my kid's t-shirts?
Production times for custom printed youth t-shirts vary depending on the complexity of your design, the design method used, and the quantity ordered. Standard production can take 7-10 business days, and shipping times vary based on location.
What printing methods are used for printing custom youth t-shirts?
The most common printing methods for t-shirt printing are screen printing or digital print transfers. We also offer full color digital silk screen and embroidery.
