how pricing is calculated
The base product price
The cost of the item you want decorated. We have a number of comparable products to order from, but on all products are created equal. Some shirt brands will cost more than orders, as well as some vinyl is more expensive than others. Keep in mind when ordering what your final goal is; is it price per piece or the quality and longevity of the product?
What color the product is
All products are not created equal. Some colors of products cost more. As a rule, white base products will be the cheapest to decorate. Additionally, some dark products take extra care in the decoration process. For example when printing black cups with our UV printer, we have to put down an extra layer of white ink before we print the colored decoration, this adds additional cost to the end product.
The number of colors/stitches/print locations
Some decoration processes determine pricing by the number of colors. This is because more colors = more time or cost involved with processing the order on our side. For example:
- Silk Screen pricing increases by the number of colors used, because it extends the time and ink needed to create the design, as well as additional setup time for each color.
- Embroidery is based on the number of stitches, so a more complex design will cost more, because the take longer to run on the machines.
- Thermal Press Vinyl or Cut Vinyl Decals will increase in price will the number of colors in the design, since more colors means more work in production.
The quantity ordered
This is one of the biggest factors in price. When you put in your selection on the order page, the price is going to change when you put in the true order quantity. The more you order will reduce the overall cost of your order and the individual cost per product. It’s something a lot of people forget but we the decorators put in the same time to setup one item as we do to setup 50 items. So that one custom item that you order is going to cost more than anything you order in bulk.
Always remember...the more you buy, the more you save.
Reordering is easy
At P.I.G. we know that when you want to reorder something you’ve had done before, you don’t want to go through the same arduous process every single time, so we try and make it as easy as possible. We save all of your artwork and details from your previous orders, so when the time comes we can easily start your new job to get it out to you fast.
You can simply login to your account, used saved designs to start a new order or find past orders that you want to recreate.

Accepted forms of payment
We accept most major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and Discover), PayPal or for local customers, we accept Cash or Check.
For customers with established business accounts, we will also accept EFT.
For schools, universities, and government organizations, we will accept purchase orders.
